Ordering:
You may order by phone or for faster delivery, ROCK HARD EXTREME! Can be ordered through our secure web site once you have registered with a sales rep. Orders will be assigned a tracking number; you’ll receive a confirmation number via email. You can then track your shipment online.

Terms:
Credit Card or Corporate check (with established credit). Retail stores requesting Net 30 terms must submit a credit application for approval and place monthly order minimums of $1000.00

Return Policy:
We cannot issue refunds, credits or exchanges for returns with the exception of faulty packaging and incorrect quantity count. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned orders. Please note: WE CANNOT REFUND for products damaged due to misuse by customers.
